Boarding Fees
Unless provided under a separate contract, all boarding is "rough"
with all responsibility for animal care / feed resting with the owner.
Horse Stalls are approximately 12 x12
Cattle Stancheons are of normal barn size
Other areas are individually determined.
Fee Guidelines
Unless secured via a long-term lease or managed beef program,
the barn stancheons / stalls are rented on an "as is," "at will" basis.
The Farm is responsible for the basic stancheons and stalls.
Additionally, it provides a reasonable area for equipment,
hot and cold stream water, plus electricity for lights.
Excess electricity use may be assessed.
Tenants are responsible for all bedding, buckets, and other
equipment which they desire to have in their areas.
Tenants are responsible for the cleanliness of there area
plus the common areas surrounding it.
