	One's Often Heard Of The Smoking Gun Meet The Smoking Barbecue   Without the elaboration of detailed scaled plot plans, detailed elevations, and models, one only needs to look to the exisitng barbecue in relation to the building, retaining wall, marked trees to see the word   "TILT" IF ONE ASSUMES THE COOKING AREA TO BE 3' ONE CANNOT FIND MORE THAN 15' TO THE WATER WHATARE THE ORANGE FLAGS DOING MID STREAM?
